Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

AR Review:

- Mike send contract draft 6 to Bob and Michael
  - Done, actually draft 8
- Bob send contract draft 6 to Chris Denham for review
  - Done, no reply yet

New items:

IBISCHK6 parser development contract
- Bob: Chris Denham does not need to sign the parser contract
  - We are considered an independent group, not bound by most SAE rules
- We checked the contract, it has none

Mike showed the spreadsheet extracted from IBISCHK5 source code
- Mike: We could extract from old and new IBISCHK to see the changes
  - This is a way to check on the developer's work
- We looked at the earlier spreadsheets
- Mike: Can we not include the unused messages?
- Bob: We should keep those
- Mike: If we do, we should say when they were dropped
- Bob: That is going too far
  - We just want to let people see the old checks in case we need to reinstate them
- Mike: Should they be in a separate section?
- Bob: They should be kept together
- Mike: We should at least not use a column to denote unused
  - Those rows could be grayed out
- Bob: That would be OK
- We agreed to use columns A, B, C, D (modified), and F for the MSWord document
- We reviewed how the table would look in MSWord by pasting from the spreadsheet
- Bob: We could use letter U for error type to denote Unused
  - To reduce wrapping on description in comment we would use multiple rows

AR: Mike complete spreadsheet for message listings in IBISCHK document

Meeting ended at 12:12 Eastern Time.
